If there’s a problem with your payment method (lack of funds, blocked debit/credit card, etc.) your monthly payment will be overdue.
When that happens, you’ll see a small “Awaiting Payment” alert in your Dashboard.
Don't worry, NitroPack is still active, but you’ll need to adjust your method of payment.
To continue using the same subscription, resolve the problem with your current payment method, or add a new one.
If you fix the problem with the current method, the payment should go through automatically. You don’t need to do anything else.
To add a new payment method, go to “Billing” and click “Manage Payment Method”.
Once you click the button, you’ll be taken to a new page containing information about your subscriptions and their payment methods.
From there, find the overdue subscription, click on “Manage” and select “Update Payment Method”.
When the pop-up window opens, click on “Add Payment Method” and select a type - credit/debit card or PayPal.
Next, enter your card information, or log into your PayPal account.
After that, you need to wait until the system makes another payment attempt, which could happen in a few minutes or a few days. During that time, NitroPack should remain active.
Once the payment goes through, you’ll receive an e-mail. Check your Dashboard again to verify.
Your plan’s status should be updated from “Awaiting Payment” to “Active”.
